EAA and AOPA are joining forces to offer a seminar, "Ethical Considerations for Attorneys Handling FAA Enforcement," on Wednesday, July 25, during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2012. The seminar is hosted by the EAA Legal Advisory Council, along with John and Kathy Yodice on behalf of the AOPA Legal Services Plan. The one-hour seminar, beginning at 5 p.m. on July 25 (following the afternoon air show), complies with Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements in most states.
