EAA AirVenture Oshkosh RSS Feed Free Breakfast Friday for Veterans

Veterans who have served the United States are invited to a free breakfast at AirVenture on Friday, July 29, sponsored by Fagen Inc. The breakfast will be held at 8 a.m. in a large tent near the PHP Conference Center, just west of the main convention entrance.

While the event is free, reservations are required and the event is limited to 200 guests. Veterans can register to reserve a seat by clicking here.

Marine Sergeant Jonathan Blank, who was injured in Afghanistan while serving in the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion during Operation Enduring Freedom, will be the guest speaker. Sergeant Blank, of Augusta, Kansas, suffered the loss of his legs when an IED exploded under his feet. He was awarded the Navy and Marine Distinguished Achievement Award and a Purple Heart.
