People making their lodging plans for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2010 now have new tools with which to search out private housing through the Oshkosh Convention & Visitors Bureau's website, www.visitoshkosh.com.

Users can now view up to three photos for each home or room listed; use more specific search options for the listings; and view a Google Maps inset showing locations of homes and their proximity to the convention grounds.

The CVB is the official housing bureau for EAA AirVenture.

"We are hoping that these new elements added to the website will make finding that perfect home or room easier and faster," said EAA Housing Chair Arlene Schmuhl. "We know that visitors like to stay as close to the EAA Grounds as possible during AirVenture; that's why the private housing option is a great alternative to still stay in the city."

The website is the one-stop shop for accommodations during AirVenture, also giving visitors information on hotels, motels, and bed & breakfast facilities within an 80-mile radius of the city. Private campground and college dormitory information is also available through the website.
