The Morane-Saulnier MS-760 Paris jet is
probably not on air-show aficionados’ list as a show stopping aerobatic
bird.
But thanks to JetSet Global Fuel, two veterans
of jet-aircraft performance will begin changing that perception of the
French liaison and utility jet later this fall with the debut of Team
MS760 Aerobatics.
Staffed by performing pilots and Air- Venture
veterans Dale “Snort” Snodgrass and Jerry “Jive” Kerby, the act is
set to debut later this year, joined by narrator and team coordinator L.M.
“Lunar” Sawyer.
The team plans to book and fly a full air-show
schedule in 2010 and will attend the International Council of Air Shows
convention this fall to book appearances.
Snodgrass is a retired U.S. Navy captain who
has logged more time in the F-14 Tomcat than any other pilot; Kerby is a
retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel with thousands of hours in the
F-15 Eagle and F-4 Phantom. Sawyer currently serves as the narrator for
the Vintage Thunderbird T-33 team and the Collings Foundation F-4D Phantom.
