July 31, 2009 - Oshkosh, Wisconsin - One
big plane moved out today, and just as soon as it was gone, another big
one took its place.
The Airbus A380 departed Wittman Regional
Airport at approximately 2:45 p.m. today, and shortly after a fully
modernized C-5M Super Galaxy arrived at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2009.
The C-5M is the newest upgrade of the
United States Air Force's huge cargo airplane. Briefings will be held by
the plane at AeroShell Square at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Saturday.
