members are aviation’s most passionate community of enthusiasts. We
actively share our common love of aviation with each other through chapter
meetings, regional fly-ins, and of course, one week a year, EAA AirVenture
Oshkosh. Wouldn’t it be nice to stay connected with fellow aviation
enthusiasts on a daily basis?
Enter Oshkosh365, a free online social
network available to members and nonmembers alike. With Oshkosh365 you can
search for people, post pictures of your favorite aircraft, share
knowledge and information through message boards, join special interest
groups, start your own group, e-mail others, search for an aircraft, build
a network of your friends, follow your favorite aviation blogs and
podcasts, and access detailed local weather reports, and EAA members get
access to the digital edition of EAA Sport Aviation.

My Hangar – Your personal page on
Oshkosh365; it allows you to share information such as your home airport
identifier, what aircraft you are building or flying, and what areas of
aviation interest you most. You can also personalize your home page with
aviation widgets, custom news feeds geared to your interests, detailed
three-day weather forecasts with flight information, and more.
People – This section allows you
to build a network of your friends in aviation, search for people with
similar aviation interests, and more.
Forums – Participate in lively
discussions with other Oshkosh365 users on a wide range of aviation
topics. Post pictures and videos, discuss your aviation interests, or ask
a question about your airplane project.
Events – EAA’s online Aviation
Calendar of Events is the world’s largest, featuring more than 1,000
events from throughout the aviation community. You’ll find everything
from EAA chapter meetings, pancake breakfasts, and Young Eagles rallies to
local fly-ins, safety seminars, air shows, and airport open houses.
EAA Members Only – This section
grants EAA members access to the digital edition of EAA Sport Aviation, as
well as a 50-plus-year archive of the magazine. In addition, EAA members
will have access to medical, governmental, and homebuilder forums and
information, as well as discounts through EAA partner programs.
Coming soon:
Aircraft – This section enables
you to upload photos and videos of your aircraft. You may also search for
aircraft that are owned and flown by members of the Oshkosh365 community,
and add them to your “favorites.”
Groups – This section allows you
to form a group around any aviation topic and recruit like-minded people.
You can facilitate communications between group members; build useful
databases of photos, videos, documents, and other information; and publish
details of news and events that are of interest to group members. EAA
chapters will be able to create and host their websites here, too!
