Each year EAA aims to provide the most accurate, up-to-date
information about EAA AirVenture schedules to allow attendees to plan
their week. You can view the complete presentations schedule (forums,
workshops, presentations, and other scheduled events), allowing you to
peruse more than 1,000 events during the week, create and print your own
personal AirVenture itinerary, and stay abreast of schedule changes that
can occur during the week. Visit www.AirVenture.org/schedule.
If you have a web-enabled mobile phone (or
a smartphone), you will have access to the complete AirVenture schedule of
events wherever you have phone service.

Today, will feature a pull-out-and-save section each day featuring all
of today's and tomorrow's presentations, forums, workshops, events,
movies, and more. Grab your paper each morning to plan your day.
Finding Exhibitors
EAA AirVenture Oshkosh has been called "Aviation's Largest Shopping
Mall," and an aviation dreamer's paradise. And it's no wonder with
more than 700 exhibitors-everything from airplanes to engines to avionics;
tools, art, accessories, apparel; and so much more. For 2009, the outdoor
exhibit area has been expanded to provide a more easy-to-navigate
experience. The main exhibitor areas-indoor and outdoor-are indicated on
the visitor site map as well as you-are-here maps located around the
grounds and at the base of each of the four new wayfinding towers.
For visitors with Internet access-with
EAA's expanded Wi-Fi coverage-or for those using the Internet Café in the
EAA Welcome Center, exhibitor listings with a find-it-fast mapping feature
is available online at www.AirVenture.org/finditfast.
Not only is this new mapping service
available on your web browser, you can also access it on your smart phone.
Locate exhibitors, forums and workshops locations, and more. Be sure save
it to your favorites.
In addition, EAA Aviators Marketplace
kiosks will be available at the EAA Welcome Center and inside the four
main indoor Exhibit Hangars. These kiosks will provide the capability to
look-up specific vendors exhibiting at AirVenture.
Finally, EAA AirVenture Today will
also feature a pull-out-and-save section each day featuring a listing of
all exhibitors, as well as showcasing all exhibit location maps. So be
sure to pick up a copy every day.
