Application for space must be made directly to EAA.
Space assignments will begin in January. Subject to Paragraph 3 below. EAA will attempt to accommodate each applicant’s preferred location. However, if all booth choices indicated by applicant are unavailable, EAA will assign the best available space, in EAA’s sole opinion.
All floor plans and layouts are subject to change. EAA reserves the right to rearrange the AirVenture schedule, floor plans, layouts, etc., and to relocate any Exhibitor, at any time and for any reason. Exhibitor agrees that any such rearrangement or relocation shall not affect Exhibitor’s obligation to pay the fee amount.
Exhibitor cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing to the Exhibits Office via e-mail, fax or mail. Click here for application terms and conditions.
