The innovation and technology of the emerging era of electric-powered aircraft will be a major feature of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2010, July 26 – August 1, sponsored by GE Aviation.

A full schedule of events throughout the week will highlight the advancements of electric-powered aircraft. Among the scheduled activities are afternoon showcase flights, evening flight demos, and displays and forums in the Aviation Learning Center.

These events culminate with the World Symposium of Electric Aircraft on Friday, July 30. The Symposium, sponsored by GE Aviation, will feature influential industry leaders discussing electric aircraft propulsion, offering what they envision as the future of flight.
