EAA Chapters
 Chapters are groups of local EAA members who gather together to share their passion for aviation through programs, activities and good old fashioned fun! Close friends, good food and shared experiences all make for a wonderful chapter. The knowledge and experience that is shared among the members is an invaluable resource to anyone interested in building, restoring or simply enjoying flying.
AirVenture provides another opportunity for members to get together as a chapter and for people not currently involved in chapters to find how to get involved. Daily morning workshop sessions are scheduled to help chapters leaders learn more about the issues facing chapters including recruiting; newsletters, web sites and more. The EAA Chapter office also awards the annual Chapter Major Achievement, newsletter and web editor awards during AirVenture.
