At Forums Plaza, supported by Honda Aircraft Company, you can learn just about anything about everything to do with building, flying restoring or maintaining aircraft. Every year the forums Plaza draws the very best from the aviation world - more than 500 innovators, authors, experts, and legends - who share their accumulated knowledge with all who attend. It is the most comprehensive collection of aviation knowledge available anywhere, and it’s all in one location, EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.

Homebuilding gets to the heart of EAA, and you can learn just about every skill you need to build an airplane at AirVenture. Supported by Aircraft Spruce & Specialty and patterned after the highly successful EAA SportAir Workshops, these mini workshops let you experience a taste of aircraft building. Learn more

Education & Interactive Zone
featuring College Park

High school and college students can network with prospective college and employers in a relaxed setting. The main attraction in the EIZ is College Park, where you can mingle with top aviation programs and employers while mixing in some fun by enjoying daily activities on "The Quad." Learn more

Yellow Ribbon Honor Flight
Be among the thousands saluting veteras as they make their emotional return from a daylong tour of memorials in Washington, D.C. - a welcome home reception that many did not receive for their service and sacrifice - at the conclusion of Friday's air show. Learn more

Speaker Showcase
An outstanding roster of aviation personalities is slated to appear every day, telling their personal stories throughout several locations at the world-class EAA AirVenture Museum. Over 100 Speaker Showcase presentations provide an opportunity to hear first hand from a variety of aviation legends and historians. Learn more

Author's Corner
Author's Corner is open daily at the EAA Wearhouse. It’s not just about great aviation books - though there are plenty from which to choose.  Author’s Corner is more about special places where people from around the world drop by to converse about flight, patriotism, and friendships. Learn more

Federal Pavilion
Throughout the week of AirVenture, the Federal Pavilion will include exhibits, aircraft from the various government agencies, live radar and weather monitoring demonstrations, and interactive displays, including the Wright Flyer and NOAA Hurricane simulators. Learn more

FAA Safety Center and Forums
More than 100 experts from the Federal Aviation Administration are available every day at the FAA Safety Center to educate and answer questions on just about any aviation-related issue. Exhibits from 21 divisions and departments within the FAA are on display in addition to forums presented daily and hosted by flight and aircraft specialists from across the country. Learn more

Runway 5K Charity Run
EAA hosts a fun run/walk called the EAA Runway 5K. Held on the Saturday of AirVenture, participants of all ages navigate the 3.1-mile route that takes you through the AirVenture grounds. Learn more

Women Soar You Soar
Ever wonder what it's like to fly a plane? Or soar into space? EAA's Women Soar You Soar is the ideal place for high school girls to find out. Now in its fourth year, the unique program introduces 100 girls to more than 30 women, from engineers to fighter pilots, working in a variety of aviation and aerospace fields. It's a four-day event filled with career exploration, discover, inspiration, and fun. Learn more

WomenVenture
EAA's goal is to introduce aviation as an enjoyable interest, hobby, or profession to thousands of women over the next several years, and inspire women throughout the world that they, too, can reach for the sky … and elevate their life. Learn more

Gathering of Eagles
The Gathering supports Young Eagles and other EAA programs that inspire young people to become the engineers, aviators, astronauts, scientists, innovators ... the aviation pioneers of tomorrow. Learn more
