Mail Service
Mail service is available for those attending AirVenture (not exhibitors) who would like to receive postal items on the convention site.
This is NOT the mailing address for use by any Exhibitors/Vendors.

Maps
Site maps are available at all AirVenture admission areas, including
campground entrances. You should receive one with your admission wristbands.
They are also available at various sites throughout the grounds, including
the EAA Welcome Center. Large site maps are also posted on signboards and
wayfinding points throughout the grounds, as well as online.
Medical Assistance
For major emergencies, dial 911 or contact any EAA security staff member.
For other medial needs, the Medical Services building is located northeast
of the FAA Control Tower, just east of Press Headquarters.
Member Welcome Center
Located at corner of Celebration Way and Knapp Street Road, at the west edge
of AeroShell Square. Includes EAA Welcome Center, with information, member
services and Internet café; Learn-To-Fly Center with flight instruction
information; EAA Merchandise area; and EAA Sweepstakes building.
Memorial Wall
Located
between Fergus Chapel and Pioneer Airport. The Memorial Wall induction
ceremonies, honoring aviation enthusiasts who have passed away.
Methods Of Payment Accepted
For EAA AirVenture admissions, camping, merchandise and other items, the
following are accepted:
Cash, personal checks and Travelers Checks
are accepted, as well as the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA,
American Express, and Discover.
Individual exhibitors may have their own
rules on accepted payment methods.
Museum
The EAA AirVenture Museum is
located on Poberezny Road about one-half mile from the flight line. More
than 100 aircraft are on display, with special speakers and programs
throughout AirVenture week. Museum has special hours throughout AirVenture
week, and will be closed to the public on several evenings, however, because
of special functions.
Weekly AirVenture wristband bearers receive
unlimited admission to the museum through AirVenture. Daily wristband
wearers receive museum admission on the day of the wristband only. Free
shuttles are available from AirVenture's Bus Park area to museum
Museum hours
The EAA AirVenture Museum has
special hours throughout AirVenture week. The museum will be closed to the
public a several evenings, however, because of special functions.

Museum shuttles
Shuttles from the AirVenture grounds to the museum are available from the
Bus Park just outside the AirVenture Main Gate (look for the control-tower
pavilion labeled BUS PARK). These shuttles are free of charge and operate
throughout the day and evening. |
