EAA and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University will host the second annual “Lunch with the Stars” youth barbecue on Friday, August 1, during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. The event is for students and their families who want to learn more about Embry Riddle’s educational programs. Attendees can have lunch at the PHP Tent with the university’s sponsored teams, such as Elaine Larsen (Embry-Riddle Jet Dragster); Jamail Larkins (DreamLaunch Tour); and Matt Chapman (Embry-Riddle Eagle Aerobatic Plane), along with some of the world’s finest aerobatic performers. Food is served from noon-2 p.m., with an ERAU informational session beginning at 1 p.m. Seating is limited, so those wishing to attend should make their reservations via EAA’s secure website by July 18.
